Victoria Drive

Victoria Drive is one of Proset's most comprehensive luxury residential projects — an 8,513 sq ft custom estate in Mountain Village, Colorado, featuring two stories, a full basement, a 1,500 sq ft detached guest house, and 2,244 sq ft of deck and patio space across the property.

The scale and complexity of this project required careful coordination across every phase of construction — from the structural work of a multi-story mountain build to the refined interior and exterior finishes that define a residence at this level. The guest house addition demanded the same standard as the primary structure, treated as a fully integrated part of the property rather than an afterthought.

Designed by Lea Sisson Architect and built for McCarthy Properties, LLC, Victoria Drive stands as a benchmark for what's possible when an experienced contractor and a talented design team share the same commitment to quality. It remains one of the most photographed projects in Proset's portfolio.
