Trails Edge

Trails Edge tells the same story as Silver Tip, just one project earlier — a client who had witnessed Proset's work in the Trails Edge subdivision, recognized the quality and efficiency the team was delivering, and reached out to have Proset build their own home on their lot. Word of mouth in Mountain Village is earned on job sites, not in boardrooms, and Proset's track record in Trails Edge speaks for itself.

As with previous Trails Edge builds, Proset delivered this 3,261 sq ft two-story home with basement and 464 sq ft garage in a shorter duration and at a lower cost per square foot than the rest of the local market — a consistent result that comes from having built in this subdivision before, knowing its specific conditions, subcontractor relationships, and site dynamics inside and out.

Designed by Jack Wesson Architects and completed in 2019, Trails Edge is one of several Mountain Village homes that collectively define Proset's residential reputation in the Telluride area.
