Spirit Ridge

Spirit Ridge is a high-end residential remodel of an established luxury compound at Ptarmigan Ranch in Telluride, Colorado — a project that required a different set of skills than ground-up construction, and one that Proset executed with the same precision and care that defines all of its residential work.

Remodeling a multi-structure property at this level demands a contractor who can read an existing building as well as a new one — understanding what's there, what needs to change, and how to execute complex updates without compromising the integrity of the original structure. The compound includes a sprawling single-level main residence with multiple distinct wings, a detached garage, and a separate guest structure, all finished with wood siding, stone veneer, and metal roofing.

With interior design led by Sage House's Christy Brown, Spirit Ridge is a seamless collaboration between construction and design — a remodel that honors the property's history while bringing it fully to a contemporary luxury standard. It demonstrates that Proset's capabilities extend beyond new construction into the high-end renovation and remodel work that many of the region's established properties require.
