See Forever

See Forever began with an unconventional premise — a visionary client who saw the potential in a commercial unit within the See Forever complex in Mountain Village and decided to convert it into an extraordinary custom residence. What might have seemed like a straightforward renovation was anything but: transforming a commercial space into a 3,600 sq ft luxury home required close collaboration between Proset, architect Laura P. Mears, the client, and the local building department to work through the regulatory and design complexities of a use conversion in an existing structure.

The result is one of Proset's most distinctive completed residences — a single-story mountain home with 2,500 sq ft of exterior flagstone patio and a custom firepit, positioned to take full advantage of the sweeping views that give the See Forever complex its name. The interior finish level is exceptional, reflecting both the ambition of the ownership group and Proset's ability to execute at the highest standard within the constraints of an existing building envelope.

Completed in 2017 — the same year Proset was founded — See Forever was one of the first projects to establish what the company stood for: creative problem-solving, genuine collaboration, and a finished product that exceeds expectations.
