The project presented the kind of barriers that make conventional construction difficult in high-demand urban markets — compressed timelines, labor constraints, and the complexity of delivering a full-service Hilton-branded property with a restaurant, bar, and fitness center to brand specifications. Proset's approach reduced construction duration and cost by leveraging modular delivery for a significant portion of the build, without compromising the quality or finish level that Hilton requires.
