Coburn Crossing Apartments

Comprised of 5 individual apartment buildings, this much needed multi-family complex in the bustling community of Truckee, California, is serving the needs of a workforce who has struggled to find quality, affordable housing in this resort region.  With construction trades in the nearby Reno, Nevada market already stretched thin in that busy market, the Truckee community is challenged to access the necessary labor force to complete construction projects efficiently.  By utilizing the modular technology, we were able to deliver initial certificates of occupancy within one year from the start of construction.  This was also achieved during a winter that recorded the highest snowfall totals in history, which was only possible due to the efficiencies and processes utilized in the modular solution.
