Hampton Inn & Suites

As the first of its kind in San Jose, California, this progressive developer challenged the city and the building community to accept a new and innovative solution for hospitality construction on this Hampton Inn property. In the end, the City of San Jose used this project as a reference for its “How to Build Modular in San Jose” educational video. As an additional testament to the success of this modular build, the developer is soon to begin construction on their third modular hotel in the Bay Area. The reduced costs, shorter construction durations, and mitigated risk of cost and schedule escalation make the modular technology ideal in high-barrier construction markets such as the Bay Area of California.
